Homestead Chicken

Homestead chickens are given special care throughout their lives. Their parent flock consists of village-type, slow-growing fowls whose meat is of excellent quality and has a unique taste.
The chickens are raised in a natural environment, where their well-being is a priority and they can move and feed on pastures freely.
The muscles of homestead chickens are well defined, their meat is fibrous, and contains little free water, which is why dishes, including paprika chicken, made from this meat are especially delectable.

Guinea-fowls originate from Africa and are the least domesticated, practically semi-wild, type of poultry. They have been raised in Hungarian homesteads for a long time. Our company raises free-range guinea-fowls on spacious pastures.
The meat of guinea-fowls are often compared to that of pheasants, the “royal” game, and for a good reason: it is excellent in soups, or roasted, steamed or served with various sauces, and has always been a festive food.

Of all domesticated fowls, their meat is the most reminiscent of the taste of winged game.

Bronze Turkey

Turkeys originate from America, where missionaries domesticated wild turkeys.
Turkeys were a regular import to Spain since the 1520s. They were raised on a large scale for their excellent meat, and thus became well-known throughout Europe by the early 16th century.
The popularity of turkey increased so much that it has become fully domesticated and its large (18-20 kg), meat-hybrid variety has been developed, too.
